Sorry you've been missing out your knitting time because of work! I'd hate to have your journey to work each day. What a shame you missed Ally Pally too. I did keep my eyes peeled for you, but needle and haystack come to mind here! Get Knitted probably had loads of their stock in London, so if you'd gone there, the shelves may have been somewhat depleted, so that would have been like rubbing salt into the wound! Hope you get to do some woolly retail therapy soon!

I love reading your updates - I've been amazed at how much knitting you produce on your blog, so if the volume slows down a bit I'll know why! Knitting in public is always quite amusing, I was knitting in the hairdressers yesterday while waiting for my highlights to take and got some interested/puzzled looks. By the way - with your new super busy job I don't suppose you've had time to visit the knitting show at Ally Pally? Was looking forward to an account from you as unfortunately I couldn't make it down there. Loving the blog - keep up the great posts!

That is funny. A knitting friend and I avidly discuss knitting patterns in the playground. Which always gets us some strange looks.
