Well i think it looks wonderful still. I love that worn look, and i think the sleeves look great. Sorry to hear about the lack of knitting time, i know the feeling, i’m a student nurse in cardiff and being on placement havent had the time or the energy to pick up even simple ribbing. Hope the knitting energy returns shortly :).

I could rehome Sorrel, if you haven’t had any other takers. I have extremely broad shoulders on a otherwise fairly slight body and arms like an orangutan, so it may fit me perfectly.

I felt this yarn. You could try felting the sweater and then make a bag out of it. That way you wouldn’t be throwing it out.

I used the same yarn in the same colour for a tank top… wore it twice.. was pilling like made.. and stretching like crazy too…. ( made me think I was losing weight!!!)

My cat loved it… and wherever I put it would find it, knead it and make a bed…

I gave in, and let him have it,,, until after about two weeks.. I found lots of fluff about the house.. it was pilling so bad, and felting so easily…

I contemplated washing and felting it.. but was so cheesed off – it went in the bin!!!!!
