    Ack, what a shame!

What are you going to do with it then? Surely not actually burn it?

    Fluzz,
I’ve not totally decided – I’ll give my sister first dibs. If she can’t use it, it’ll be frogged and knit into something else – preferably smaller and less Dr Who like!

How gutting. But I’m sure you will find the right project for it in the end. The yarn is much too nice to burn.

Brilliant photos Susan. That first one is priceless! Poor you tho’, it’s frustrating when you’ve spent all that time on something, and you’re not happy with how it turns out. Can you felt the yarn? Maybe it’s destined to become a Kitty-Pi for Thug?

The knitting might have been a disaster, but it has for a very funny post!!

Oh, you made me giggle on a really grotty Monday morning 🙂 I’ll have that vision of a Sontaran with me all day now and the first picture…well…priceless. Like you said, another photograph from Rowan that doesn’t quite tell the whole story. Well done for trying though, I feel so much brighter for a good snigger, thanks so much x

Oh goodness that made me snort too, although I am so sorry about that KFH – Knit From Hell. I have been following its progress avidly and remained quietly hopeful as to its end as you are ace knitter. But the berets (ber-i?) – triumphant. I await the next post with glee : )

Does make you wonder sometimes if the garment in the photo was knit to an entirely different set of instructions doesn’t it? Pah. Hope it all turns out in the end (i.e. fits your sis) – otherwise that it gets a lovely new life :o)

    Great berets too!
