But in the mean time … As I seem to have a thing for home furnishings that “look like knitting” – I wanted to quickly show you a lovely looking knitterly business venture I’ve just seen on Kickstarter.

There is a nice little video at the top of the page where the designer explains she needs to raise money to get the first production run of this lovely knit themed bedding manufactured.

I love that knit stitch design – it’s only when you look closely you realise it is actually a knit stitch – just looks like a cool graphic design from a distance.

My limited understanding of Kickstarter …You decide to pledge some money and get a “reward” depending on how much you pledge. You only pay and get the reward if the Kickstarter successfully raises the target amount.

There is a whole range of reward options from £5 for this very cool little travel card holder for £5

I want, I want, I want!!

To hundreds of pounds for a truck full of bedding and several options in between.

The Kickstarter deadline is 5pm on Friday 21st June (tomorrow as I’m writing!!) and is still a little short – go on – take a look and maybe support an independent designer in something knitterly?
