Yup – done that one too! I hate those stupid flowers. Its the reason my blanket (that I started nearly 2 years ago) still isn’t finished – it’s because I have TWO more flowers to knit. I just can’t do it. One day I will just grasp the nettle and do them, but there are so many other pretty things singing to me right now…. You know how it is.

I feel for you. At least it was the only mistake, and now it’s sorted! That blanket is going to be a snuggle-fest for the cats before you know it!

Couldn’t you have fudged it, and duplicate stitched in the white in the center, and ignored the bead placement?
…or are you going for perfection?

You’re almost done, it’s lovely and it will be fabulous when it is completed!

I would have left it. The Amish people always have a deliberate mistake in their work, as only God is perfect.

YIKES – why does that always happen? One heck of a job though. I can’t wait to see the final result. 🙂
