I have the best excuse for not blogging or knitting much. I have a kitten!
It’s taken Ben and I nearly 3 years to get over losing our beautiful little Purcey and be ready for another fluff-bundle in our lives.
So here she is….Pixie!
First day home…
We’ve had Pixie a month so she’s 12 weeks old now – we have 1000 photos already! She’s part Mainecoon and part moggy if you’re wondering.
Ziggy has accepted her really well. Pixie constantly follows, imitates and pounces on Ziggy. They are getting on great. Kitty is not so happy – lots of growling and snarling and going for Pixie but she is slowly getting used to her being here – especially if she can steal delicious kitten crunchies!
Pixie is a demon for pouncing and biting anything that moves so knitting with her around is challenging. I have considered changing her name to “Demon Bitey-Face”, especially when she does this!

She is really the sweetest soppiest cuddle bundle and we are already besotted. She’s going to be popping up on this blog frequently , but in the mean time, here’s some of her best photos..

She is a time waster!!
Pixie is simply adorable. My next cat will be a Mainecoon. They are lovely.
