No, I don’t mean I have scoffed an entire box of chocolates! How could you think I was so greedy?!
I mean, I have finished the cardigan I named “Lovely Chocolate” – it was an inspired name because the pattern is called “Lovely” and the colour I made it in?? Yes , chocolate brown….
I showed it to you on the needles here –>> Lovely Chocolate
That was WAY back in February. It took me until July to finish it – a whopping 5 months. I did make most of my Red and Black MQW in that time too but that’s still a long time for me. Why so long? Because it’s detailed, on tiny, tiny needles and has a gazillion bobbles!
But was it worth the effort? OH Yes! I think so….Wanna see for yourself?
Here’s one where you can see the detail…
The obligatory back view…
I have a bit of a dorky, half asleep look on my face here…but a good shot of the cardigan…
Of course, no post is complete without a feline creeping into a shot – Here’s Kitty joining in while I was sitting!
And my current knitting? My Cyrene Jacket (also very dark browny/black) is storming along – the body is done – one last sleeve to go!
I must do something colourful next…
